Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the Hotel Bellevue Terminus, Engelberg, Switzerland. A hotel in Belle Epoque style in the center of Engelberg village.
On arrival, enter the Hotel Bellevue-Terminus Engelberg through the front entrance opposite Engelberg train station.
The workshop registration will take place in the Foyer (hotel entrance hall).
Lodging & Ski Passes
Please note that March is high season in Engelberg. Due to the high demand, we recommend that you book your accommodation as early as possible. Please note that the room blocks have already expired and rooms are subject to availability.
Cancellations / No Shows / Early Departures:
Cancellations must be advised to the Hotel in written form.
Cancellation terms:
Until February 15, 2025: free of charge
Between February 16 and March 3: 50 % of the room price will be charged if cancelled
From March 4: 100% of room price will be charged if cancelled

- CHF 200 in a comfort twin room for single use
- CHF 320 in a comfort twin room for double use
- CHF 160 per standard twin room per night for single use

Engelberg is a picturesque mountain village located in the Swiss canton of Obwalden, nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps. At an elevation of around 1,000 meters (3,280 feet), Engelberg is a popular destination for both summer and winter tourism.
Airplane
You can reach Engelberg by flying to Zurich-Kloten airport and from there travel by train via Lucerne to Engelberg . On www.sbb.ch you will find information for your journey by public transportation. You may also decide to rent a car at the airport and continue your travels in the panoramic area surrounding Engelberg that way.

Car
Traveling to Engelberg by car is easy thanks to a well-developed network of roads.
The speed limit on Swiss motorways is 120km/h, and that of urban motorways between 60 and 100 km/h. There is a toll to pay (CHF 40) for the use of most motorways.
